HCPA's Ignite Solutions Addresses Quats Using Proactive Communications-Based Strategy

Over the past several weeks, HCPA’s Ignite Solutions has been collaborating with member companies and industry leaders in order to address the current landscape in which negative studies and publications have targeted Quats. Ignite Solutions plans on shifting the traditional process of responding to these topics to a more proactive communications-based strategy. This strategy will provide unified messaging on the positive aspects of Quats, followed by an education phase focused on priority audiences.

With this new approach in mind, we would like to invite you all to join the Ignite Solutions team at the HCPA Mid-Year Meeting on Wednesday, May 16 from 2:30 – 3:30 PM where we will be holding an open forum to further discuss this initiative. Ignite Solutions will be presenting a more detailed framework for our phased approach, while at the same time allowing members interested in the initiative to voice their opinions on the focus of messaging, materials and overall strategic implementation.
